Food and DiningThe Forum at Park Lane residents enjoy restaurant-style food served with the utmost hospitality and care. They receive a customized menu and dining experience, since we offer significant variety and flexibility in choice.

Our menus are adjusted seasonally to incorporate regional favorites, resident requests, traditional home-style meals and chef signature specialties. Menu selections are generally lower in sodium, fat and sugar, yet high in flavor; they include health-conscious selections for residents who closely monitor what they eat.  Staff are trained to ensure that Five Star Senior Living Food and Dining Standards of Hospitality are always met.

Our Chef

Chef Paul Glassman is the chef at the Forum at Park Lane. He has been in the culinary and hospitality industry for more 25 years, and is known for his passion for food and innovation. 

Since beginning his career in New York City and then Washington, D.C., Chef Paul has worked at some of the most prestigious country clubs and hotels, such as Omni Shoreham Hotel, and the world-renowned Congressional Country Club. The member list there has included some of the largest corporations’ CEOs, U.S. Senators and the Presidents of the United States. 
Chef Paul has also had the privilege to cook for the well-respected emeritus Executive Chef of the White House of two decades, Henry Haller.
